2. Service Description

LawClaims provides an online platform that helps you prepare court documents for:

UK Money Claim Online (England and Wales)
New Zealand Disputes Tribunal

Our AI assists in structuring your narrative and organizing evidence. Final review and submission remain your responsibility.

3. Payment

Each case costs £29.99 (UK) or NZ$49.99 (NZ). Payment is collected when your documents are generated. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices include VAT/GST where applicable.

4. Refund Policy

If your documents are rejected by the court due to formatting errors attributable to our service, we will refund your payment in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Review all generated documents before submission
Comply with applicable court rules and deadlines
Not use the service for fraudulent or vexatious claims

6. Data & Privacy

We encrypt your data in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

LawClaims provides document preparation tools only. We are not liable for case outcomes, court decisions, or any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the case.
